My Goals:
To get to the low 160s and fit in my amazing green dress. Whichever comes first.

My Program:
Vegan, with an emphasis on whole grains, legumes, and vegetables...but knowing that a couple of oreos every now and again is totally okay.

Intensive dance rehearsals and classes.

Yoga, and some basic strength training at home.

Personal Information:
London-based!

Other Information:
I do a specific form of dance called locking (not popping or breaking). Look it up on youtube! I dance at an advanced/pro level, so the pressure is on.

Cheat meals, keep it to once per week and a cheat MEAL not day...if you can, would incorporate it around your workout, like if you want a piece if cake or something, eat it soon after you work out!
