Hi there..... actually I do do chair exercises.... I just have had severe muscle strain and damage from severe cramping since November of last year until the 11th of this month when my doctor prescribed a different muscle relaxer that actually works. I am doing some light stretching several times a day but as far as pulling and putting the muscles through any more strain right now, that is not possible. I see a neuromuscular specialist on 28 March (couldn't get a sooner date) and that will tell me more but once I can stand for 3 or 4 minutes without wobbling, then I will chance one of my easier chair exercise vids! I really appreciate that you thought of it for me and that you were willing to give me some links!!
Hi Randall, hope you feel better. Had my Stress Test yesterday. They told me no treadmill on the test due to COPD. They gave an injection that simulated high speed on the treadmill.
