My name is Randall Gautreaux. I live in Central Ohio, Columbus, That is where the name of Cajunbuckeye comes from, Cajun is what I was born and now I'm a Buckeye through and through. the best of both worlds.. I have been a member since 2009 and have stopped and started to many times to talk about...I have hit brick walls to high for me to climb over...Thinking all the time i was doing this for my family but it has come to me that it is now for me to do this for me and me alone...and with that in mind I shall start another trip down the roads of Sparks people.... I am now down to my side kick Scruffie. Casper had a stoke and died in my lap. Everyone in the house was gone and i had to dig a hole and bury him myself...it took me over a two hour period to do that..it was hard to do but needed done...Missie was given to a elder lady who needed someone for her to take care of and Missie is now Queen of her house and is taken care and happy and fat..
My youngest son is back home from College and now is working in the back half of some upscale restaurant in the high society mall in Columbus...he has only been there about 3 Weeks now..

My Goals:
To lose the weight i need to so i can enjoy the second half of my life and marriage....


My Program:
To continue with my renewed regiment; twice a days,6 days a week. At least 25 minutes on my stationary.(right now i am on tension level 4) situps at least 5 sets of 10 each. stretching and other exercises.

I was born in Houma,Louisana and grew up in Crowley,La. I now reside in Central Ohio where i have been for the last 25 or so years with my wife and two sons......

    Hi there..... actually I do do chair exercises.... I just have had severe muscle strain and damage from severe cramping since November of last year until the 11th of this month when my doctor prescribed a different muscle relaxer that actually works. I am doing some light stretching several times a day but as far as pulling and putting the muscles through any more strain right now, that is not possible. I see a neuromuscular specialist on 28 March (couldn't get a sooner date) and that will tell me more but once I can stand for 3 or 4 minutes without wobbling, then I will chance one of my easier chair exercise vids! I really appreciate that you thought of it for me and that you were willing to give me some links!!

    Hi Randall, hope you feel better. Had my Stress Test yesterday. They told me no treadmill on the test due to COPD. They gave an injection that simulated high speed on the treadmill. Difficult breathing for 2minutes
