My Goals:
To lose 50 pounds by my birthday 06/05/2010. Compete in my first 5K run with one to follow: American Cancer Society Run - April 10 - My son's birthday!! Komen Madison Race for the Cure - June 5 - My Birthday!!!
My Program:
(1) To eat between 1200-1500 calories per day. (2) Cardio at least 5 days a week for 30-60 minutes. (3) Strength train 2 days a week for 30 minutes. (4) Drink (4) 8 oz glasses of water daily (once I meet this goal consistently for a month - it will move up to 5). (5) Eat 1-2 veggies daily. (6) Eat 2-3 fruits daily.
Personal Information:
I'm a 46-year-old, married, mother of a son who is a sophomore in college. I have 3 dogs, Ivan, Reggie, and Noah, and a cat named Zeak-Lynn. I spend my days nurturing and loving 3 sweet little ones, 22-month old twins Jaclyn and Nicholas and 4-month-old baby Austin. I live in Wisconsin.
Other Information:
I LOVE babies. I'm a baby Christian - going on 2 years. Spiritual Goals for 2010: Spend time each day listening to God through His word. Spend time each day talking to God through prayer. Journal at least once a day. Regularly attend church services. Attend the Sister's, Inc. women's retreat w/Hillcrest March 5-5 Attend the Women of Faith conference in Milwaukee Oct 1-2
