Fitness Minutes: 809

My Goals:
Setting some new goals for April.

1) Get a total of 900 fitness minutes....30 minutes a day. Hopefully it WILL get warmer in Wisconsin and getting outside for some walks/runs will help this. I'll be striving to get more than 900, but want to set a goal that is absolutely doable!!

2) Start tracking my food. I find this difficult, especially when I'm eating something that isn't easily broken down....maybe that's my problem?

3) Start eating fresh/clean foods and less junk.

4) Spend at least 15 minutes with my team, Hopeful Hearts Breaking Free!!

April.....here I come!!



My Program:
Drink lots of water.
Exercise 5x week.
Eat 5 Fruits/Veggies a day, increase protein, decrease bad carbs.
Limit Diet Pepsi.
Spend time with God every day.


Personal Information:
I live in Wisconsin.

I've been married to my hubby for 25 years and we have a 23-year-old son. Our dog, Noah, is my walking buddy.

I love football and the Green Bay Packers....Go PACK Go!!

I have my dream job of being a nanny...my specialty...twins!!

I am also a Stampin' Up demonstrator and enjoy creating cards.

Candy, thank you for the workout clothes and the challenge. I'm sticking to about 20mins a day 5x's a week. You're right, we can do it together!!
