Hi Calamitie, thank you for friending me. It is hard to change our ways but little by little it can be accomplished. Those accomplishments that take longer, usually last longer because we formed new habits. I've always been a stress eater and loved to crunch out my frustrations :-) One trick that is helping me to not eat mindlessly is to always have a glass of water with ice and a little lemon for flavor. When I feel stressed, I sip the water mindlessly. That way I am not eating, I still have that hand to mouth comfort, and it helps me to meet my water quota for the day. My appointments with my doctor went well. Thank you for asking.The sleep doctor said I have to see my respiratory therapist to change the settings on my APAP machine and to get a clearance for knee surgery by checking my oxygen levels overnight. My other doctor gave me prescriptions for 6 months which is her estimate of when I would be able to travel the distance to see her again. I still have to have dermatology testing done and then schedule the knee replacement surgery. It all takes time to figure out and set in motion! Slowly, but surely! 104 days ago
Thank you for the spring bouquet goodie! I love it! I went to JoAnn's Fabrics this afternoon and bought fabric for another granddaughter's quilt. It will have happy frogs on it in bright cotton colors of green, orange, yellow and hot pink with a flannel backing. I love those bright colors. It's a 45 min drive there and I saw so many blossoms and spring colors of yellow, green, and white. It was a pleasant car ride in the sunshine!
