Trying to lose at least 100 pounds. I'd like to start with about 25 and go from there.
I'm working out with my WII Fit now almost everyday. I do weigh in and do a body test just about everyday as well. Also Trying to stick to logging my food on SP. Check out my log. I'm pretty proud of how well I've done. (With the exception of super bowl Sunday)
I have chronic pain from 2 ruptured discs so it sometimes is very hard for me to work out. I spent two years depressed and not trying to get better. I've decided to push past the pain and take my life back!
I have three lovely daughters a beautiful 2 1/2 year old granddaughter and a great son in law. Also lucky for me I married the love of my life 27 years ago and it has been the best decision I've ever made. He is supportive and not too upset that his pants are getting more comfortable since I've been on a diet!
