Time to refocus. Maybe I was getting a little overconfident about how well I was doing on LCHF because I can feel the slide happening if I don't watch myself ...anyhow...back to phase 1 next week and then will bump to phase 2 so I can add back my almonds which I rely on heavily for snacks in the car while running kids. Amazing how a handful of those can get me through until I can get home for dinner that is on plan vs. hitting a drive through. BUT I'm seriously slacking on veggies and I need to make those little treasures a focal point so that I don't give up on them so easily next time.

I am on Team Keto. On Dr. Westman's diet, I can have NO, white foods such as potatoes, bread, pastas, rice, no onions, no fruit and no milk products but heavy whipping cream and hard cheeses, sour cream and cream cheese.
I have to change recipes to get them to comply, but that is not too hard to do. I thank you for the invitation to the group, but I don't participate all that much in the groups I am in except to give them group points. 54 days ago
Wow I can so relate to your blurb! I need to do this to save my health and life. No more pretending I can eat like other people. I honestly started to feel my body shutting down. This is it for me and I am going to make the best of it. No more feeling sorry for myself--I'm just glad I found Keto in time to turn this thing around before it was too late.
