Clare's Weight Loss Journey
I am a mid-30s single mum of one with a lot of weight to lose. I have some tough challenges ahead. I have low self-esteem but bucket loads of determination. I am passionate about the planet and about the people on it. I plan to use my amazing (shrinking) body to raise money for good causes and give my daughter some great quality time.

My Goals:
1. To exercise for at least 10 minutes every day 2. To cook low fat fresh foods and cut processed food to less than 30% 3. To do spend at least 4 hours every week of golden time with my daughter 4. To treat myself nicely at least once a day 5. Cut out 1 car journey during term time 6. Cycle to work during holidays 7. Drink 1 glass of water every day and 8 glasses of water-equivalent drinks 9. Wear a pedometer all day every day
My Program:
I do most of my activity indoors because of time constraints but I love to get outdoors as much as possible. I run, cycle and do the wii and aerobics DVDs. I try to get as much variety into my routine as possible. I am also eating healthily using a weightwatchers system.
