Thanks for stopping by my blog "Say Whaaaat?" and taking the time to comment. The fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5:22-23 is one I've committed to memory. Now if I could just apply it more often! Hope you're having a blessed week, we're half way to the weekend now! lol!
Eating the right combination of superfoods, such as fresh produce, whole grains, lean protein, and low-fat dairy will give your body the energy it needs, protects you from chronic diseases, and may even whittle your waist.
Giving your fitness routines the time and dedication needed will also help speed your fitness results.
Remember, the choices you make today will determine your future! Don't postpone doing your best until tomorrow...do it today! Imagine all the great things you can do for yourself in one day by taking it one day at a time! You are worth it!

Cats are the best! I would strongly, strongly urge you to rescue a juvenile or young adult. Everybody wants to get a kitten, but there's nothing like adopting a cat that's already developed a personality and you can see exactly what you're getting! Kittens can turn into just about anything. I've had pretty good luck with the cats I got as kittens - one is uber friendly like a dog, one hates my guts and blames me for everything wrong in the world and the third is essentially feral (every so often he'll be friendly and he sleeps on our bed in the winter, but mostly he goes running as soon as I walk in the front door!). Bruce (the one in the profile picture) was a foster-failure. He was my patient at Oregon Humane Society. He's deaf and had a broken leg. I fostered him until his splint came off, but I knew he'd be mine from the beginning. OHS lets every vet student doing a rotation there adopt one dog or one cat for free. A lot of students even put off finding another animal until they go to OHS for their rotation. Anyway, I adopted Bruce when he was 9 months old and he is the most incredible cat with the biggest personality. It was so easy to take him home because I knew what he would be like, and he only got cooler! Anyway...as you can see, I always get excited when anybody considers getting a pet!
