My Program:
I am tracking my intake and modifying what I eat, adding more exercise on my off work days and making an effort to spend more training and exercise time with Lady to get us both in condition. The larger ponies are pretty fit.

Fruit salads sound great, excepting cantaloupe for me, arghhhhh. In case you care for it, I won't tell you what it even smells like to me :).

You had told me in an earlier post or blog that you were petite.

Don't work so hard that you run yourself down! The progress with the lambs sound wonderful...they're always so cute, unless a long leg and hoof nail you.

When she stops bossing, we'll know to worry :). That dog sounds like a bunch of work, especially considering the lambs. HUGE! (and you are rather petite, right?) Keep up the good work...4 lbs over a winter is not awful. I've been up and down with my weight all winter. Pony fuzz is difficult to look at, but then again, it makes them seem all the more beautiful once it's shed. But hey, we can just figure they're trending with those growths on most young men's faces these days (I've determined they all must hate women or it's like the pigtails in the inkwell sort of thing! Hurts me to look at as I know it scrapes my face).

I've found my knees do much better when I lose the weight..even a couple of pounds makes a big difference. The older we get, the sassier and bossier they get. They will not win! We will take control, not let them be hateful and bossy so they become lazy, and we will be able to utilize them! emoticon

Great to hear from you! It's been a busy week for me too. I hope your 'stuff' was all positive. Wonderful news about your mother. My mother just turned 80 and pray she does as well as your mom at 90.

I just looked up the anatolian/pyrenees cross..very pretty animals. The lambs are sheep now? sniff sniff...

So, your roses should be starting to bloom now...

Pray your week goes well!

Hoping all is well in your world. Everyone okay?
