EATING FOR HEALTH

Family history of diabetes and doctor's warning of pre-diabetes were motivators to get a handle on my eating and get consistent with exercise. However, I was unsuccessful without accountability. The nutrition tracker has been a great help as well as encouragement from the NC Spark Team.
