Thinner in 6 months

I quit smoking in January 2011. After that I steadily gained weight day by day. My goal is to weigh about 30 lbs less by my birthday in August.
I have easily been tracking my calories, however the exercising is something I must try harder to accomplish. Fair to say I hate it, but on the other hand I know it's the key to success. I am getting a stationary bike from a friend and hopefully it will give me the courage to Just Do IT.
