how will I succeed this time around
1. I will log all my exercise min in the fitness tracker and on the cat’s page
2. I will focuses on getting more exercise done early in the week to help the cats
3. I will try to motivate of my teammates a week with goodies, blog respond, and stopping by their page
4. 4. I will drink my water and watch my portions
ENJOY BEING IN THE CHALLENGE BECAUSE I LOVE GETTING HEALTHIER. I LOVE MOTIVATING THE CATs TO SUCEESED. I LIKE helping little cats roar. I also love the whole community. The leader of the dogs is one of my best friend on spark. I love the completion we share trying to beat each other team.

~~~~~~~~OLD FOLKS ARE WORTH A FORTUNE~~~~~~~~

Old folks are worth a fortune: With silver hair, gold in their teeth, stones in their kidneys, lead in their feet and gas in their stomach. I have become alot more social with the passing of years; some might even call me a frivolous old gal. After all, I'm seeing five gentlemen every day.
As soon as I wake, Will Power helps me get out of bed. Then I go to see John. Then Charley Horse comes along, and when he is here, he takes alot of time and attention. When he leaves, Arthur Ritis shows up and stays the rest of day. (He doesn't like to stay in one place very long, so he takes me from joint to joint). After such a busy day, I'm tired and glad to go to bed--with Ben Gay. What a Life!
P.S. The preacher came to call the other day. He said that at my age, I should be thinking about the here-after. I told him I do - all at one time. No matter where I am - in the kitchen or down in the basement, I ask myself, "Now what am I here after?"
