I thought this was important enough to pass on:

2 glasses when water up- this helps to activate internal organs

1 glass 30 minutes before each meal- helps with digestion

1 glass before a bath-helps to lower blood pressure (this was new to me)

1 glass before bed- helps to avoid stroke or heart attack (this was new to me, also)
Eat less CRAP

4. TO DO THINGS THAT ARE MIRED BY MY physical condition AND Bnot E OUT OF BREATH
how will I succeed this time around
1. I will log all my exercise min in the fitness tracker and on the cat’s page
2. I will focuses on getting more exercise done early in the week to help the cats
3. I will try to motivate of my teammates a week with goodies, blog respond, and stopping by their page
4. 4. I will drink my water and watch my portions
ENJOY BEING IN THE CHALLENGE BECAUSE I LOVE GETTING HEALTHIER. I LOVE MOTIVATING THE CATs TO SUCEESED. I LIKE helping little cats roar. I also love the whole community. The leader of the dogs is one of my best friend on spark. I love the completion we share trying to beat each other team.

emoticon hon,, why the negative thoughts sweetie?

I'll be away all day Sat,,,, but, will be home on Sun afternoon,,,,, and prob in a TON of pain,, though if my friend can handle it,,, if she's NOT to tired,,,,, I will WANT to go SWIMMING ! IF we do not on Sun,, Mon is a regular day,, the ONLY REASON I wanna on Sun,, cos I'll be sooo much pain,, from the traveling tomorrow,,, over an hr away from home. SO MUCH FOR ME !
