Candy's Journey to a Healthier Body
I am so ready for spring this year, the trees to start budding, the flowers to blossom.... So must I change too! To shed these excess lbs, to change from bad habits to good habits! I was a yo-yo dieter who's on the road to break that awful habit! No more diets for me, just a lifechange that will start slow at first, taking one goal at a time until I have that as a life habit. Then I'll move on to the next goal and so on! I can overcome and will, with Spark People's help!

My program will be simple. Just use the Nutrition tracker and the Fitness tracker as well as my streaks too! 6 Month Anniversary - 3/13/13 189.4 = Lost 18 lbs
