Hello everyone! My name is Candy.

My Goals:
My goals are:

1. To gain control of my binge eating.

2. Continue to maintain my weight between 150-160.

3. Exercise at least 10 min everyday.

4. To be the best I can and realize that a slip up is not the end all be all.


My Program:
I am eating 1600-1800 calories a day split up into 5 small meals. I always allow a treat a couple hours after dinner but plan for it ahead of time. I exercise at least 10 min but normally 60 min a day. I was considering low carb but it was just too hard for me. I am finding this way of doing things works so much better for me. I try not stay clear of anything processed or packaged and eat whole foods. I have been at this for a month so far!



Personal Information:
I live in Georgia and have all my life. I am married to the most wonderful man and have two children, a boy and a girl. I have battled weight and eating issues my entire life. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2005. I weighed 263 on the day of surgery (my highest weight was 275) and lost down to 143, and now maintain somewhere between 150-160. I try to stay closer to 150 but 160 is my absolute highest allowable weight. I came to spark as a way to stay motivated. I am a binge eater and despite the surgery I deal with it on a day to day basis. I am looking forward to making friends here and relating to others.


Other Information:
I love to write. I have kept a journal since 05 when I had surgery. I write down everything I eat as well as my feelings for that day along with whatever crosses my mind. I enjoy going to the movies, I like learning as much as I can on nutrition via books, internet, magazines, etc. I am a people observer. I dont have many friends due to my low self esteem but am working on that. I love to cook and am always trying new healthy recipes.
