2014: Staying in Shape

I'm an educator who gets so busy with grading that I have "fallen off the wagon" with fitness and dieting every fall semester. In January 2011, I got serious about using SparkPeople and maintained an exercise and healthy-eating routine until we moved across the country in the summer of 2012. I'm back again working to get in shape.

Glad to see you're enjoying the January challenge and the variety. It's so important to keep things interesting, and well done on the pound loss, even in maintenance!
