I've been here before, done this before, thought I could do this on my own and left to go do it, but I always end up back here on Spark People because I need the help and the support. I realize that Spark People is a great system and this time I am here to use it to its fullest and actually reach my goal. I am hoping to find lots of Spark Friends to help me be accountable and that I can also help them be accountable. I am ready to make the necessary changes to my diet and fitness to reach my goal. The time is now, no more waiting for tomorrow.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 37 lbs by November 2016.

I am working on limiting my sugar intake. DONE

I am breaking my soda addiction by focusing on drinking more water each day and ignoring the soda cravings. - DONE

10 lbs lost - a new shirt

15 lbs lost - a new pair of jeans

20 lbs lost - 5 hours of uninterrupted scrapbooking

25 lbs lost - Massage

30 lbs lost - a new pair of jeans

35 lbs lost - a mani/pedi :)

40 lbs lost - Sign up for a 5k

46 lbs lost - makeover including a new wardrobe!


My Program:
In July of 2014 I started following the Trim Healthy Mama plan. I love it and it has really helped me cut out sugar, soda, and processed foods.

I am a Christian, SAHM who home schools our 2 kids and has been happily married to my high school sweetheart for almost 14 years. I also blog and do product reviews.
