Third Time is a Charm

I've been here before, done this before, thought I could do this on my own and left to go do it, but I always end up back here on Spark People because I need the help and the support. I realize that Spark People is a great system and this time I am here to use it to its fullest and actually reach my goal. My Program:
In July of 2014 I started following the Trim Healthy Mama plan. I love it and it has really helped me cut out sugar, soda, and processed foods.

I am a Christian, SAHM who home schools our 2 kids and has been happily married to my high school sweetheart for almost 14 years.

I am a scrapper, crafter, baker, reader, mother, daughter, sister, wife, and a child of God.

We have a great team leaders and group of folks on the Trim Healthy Mama team and we're all here for you, I'm just one of the members.

I just started the very end of Jan. 2015. I bought the THM Plan book Feb. 10th and just got the Cookbook Mar. 10th. But I have started losing weight and inches. In 1 month I lost 5.25 inches and 5 lbs. and I'm a slow loser. Most folks lose faster than me and that's okay, we're all different.

I know you must love the Trim Healthy Mama Plan and team as much I do!!! I'm adding you as a friend.

Hi Cassandra,

I just wanted to let you know that your suggestion about taking Magnesium for my sleep, I have not forgotten.

Besides taking it orally already, I decided to cut a magnesium softgel open and rubbed it on my belly last night 2/22 and I did get a little longer sleep and felt like I slept better. Time will tell if this really works.
