I saw on the huddle wall that you need help. Well, I'm here for you! It can be so overwhelming sometimes to think about how far you still need to go, and forget how far you've come. Starting over is a good way to get back on track. Focus on the now. Don't worry about the past. Take it one bite at a time. I go through bad times sometimes, but I've also had success.
One of the things I'm focusing on is small goals. Right now my goal is to get to 275. I'm at 278. That seems very reachable to me. So, right now, set a small 5 pounds or less goal and strive for that. You can do it!
Hi there, I came across your profile in the thread "when did you realize enough was enough" or something like that... I noticed your starting weight is around mine (im starting at 282) I was so proud to see someone else similar to my weight getting it off! My goal is 50 in 6 months... and I think you made me realize that I should make little goals along the way... I think that will help me reach that 50 mark... as well as more...
