My Goals:
My main goal is to stay positive and not give in too much to the damn good food! lol

My Program:
I no longer moniter calories, I just be sure I eat healthy. lean meats, veggies/fruit, and only whole grain bread or pasta. I also drink only water, unsweet tea, or coffee. I still have a cheeseburger or pizza with a milkshake on occasion lol but limit myself now so that if I do eat badly one day, I be sure to stay away from that stuff the next.
