Captain Butterfly!

My name is Jennifer. I was an active member of Spark People for some time, and then for a number of reasons stopped following around April 2014.

Since then the weight I had lost by that time has slowly crept back on and invited 20 of their friends over to visit.

I'm restarting today January 5th 2015. Revamping my pages, leaving some of my old groups and joining a few new ones.

It's time to make some serious changes.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! I think it is easy to feel pressure to stick to a routine even when it isn't a good fit to "keep up". That's a great idea to make up your own routine especially if it makes it easier to keep up with. Today, I changed things up and going to try spreading things out a little more and increasing slower. I don't want to get to the point where it is too hard or too much so felt like it was time to make a new schedule.
