Thanks for commenting on my blog! I think it is easy to feel pressure to stick to a routine even when it isn't a good fit to "keep up". That's a great idea to make up your own routine especially if it makes it easier to keep up with. Today, I changed things up and going to try spreading things out a little more and increasing slower. I don't want to get to the point where it is too hard or too much so felt like it was time to make a new schedule.
