A Virgo's Diet

Let's try this again. I had joined WW in April and never did a thing with it. I let the summer pass without really making an effort at losing weight and exercising. I am tired of being tired and not fitting in my clothes. I do not like having my picture taken or seeing people that knew me back when I looked good. This is it....I am determined.

Progress is progress. Congrats on the win! Cool! I would love for to get together to hang soon. I just don't know how to do it with my schedule these days. It is looking like May is a possibility......

Sorry I was traveling for work and have found that I am definitely not as good with reporting on the weekends. I am not forgetting, just have NO IDEA (and kinda don't want to know) about the food I am eating when I am on the road. Now I have a cold that I am trying to beat back with a stick....yikes! I have been using the Wii Fit too. Plus I got Fitness Trainer and The Jillian Michaels game. I haven't tried the Jillian game yet but Fitness Trainer is pretty cool. I like to hula hoop for the longest time available, do the boxing and then do the free step for 30 minutes.The only thing I don't like is that I haven't had the free step tell me how I did compared to other times. I wish it would. I hope you are doing well and are feeling happy with what you are doing. I know my progress isn't what it could be but know that I will moved it along and keep it off........

No - I love it! The problem is whenever I go to do it the kids want to do it with me! I need to do it when they are at school!
