A Virgo's Diet

Let's try this again. I had joined WW in April and never did a thing with it. I let the summer pass without really making an effort at losing weight and exercising. I am tired of being tired and not fitting in my clothes. I do not like having my picture taken or seeing people that knew me back when I looked good. This is it....I am determined.

What are you doing on Wii fit? It seems the only thing, besides running in place, that gets me winded is the hula hoop. But, I don't want to hula hoop for half an hour!

Sometimes life just goes that way, but I am going to remember all that I can and add it in today. I hope you are doing well and are having a good time with this and The Biggest Loser contest at work. I am doing ok, thanks for asking. I am eating food that satisfies me while trying to stay within the calorie range I have been given. It is the exercise that I am really trying to incorporate. I find that if I starve myself I totally gain it back. I just have to find the balance and need to keep moving! I have been really using the Wii Fit that I got for Christmas. It makes exercise more fun and makes me want to do more and more to beat my own scores.
