I'm living the lifestyle, eating & exercising like the slim, fit & healthy person I want to be; by body can't help but catch up, because I'm worth it, and I deserve it.

I've been painfully aware that I've lost large amounts of weight before, and gained it all back and more! I'm embarrassed I was 202 in 2007, 168 in 2008, 209 in 2010, and now I'm at 170. I've been painfully aware that I've lost large amounts of weight before, and gained it all back and more! I'm embarrassed I was 202 in 2007, 168 in 2008, 209 in 2010, and now I'm at 170. I want people to know that I gained 40 pounds, even though I was on SparkPeople. I know I'm not alone. Regain happens to other people, too. I feel for them, and want them to know that with the right kind of tools (mostly mental) you can lose the weight for the last time.

I'm 53, divorced and have 3 boys: 27, 22 & 15.

I follow Fat 2 Fit Radio. A blog & podcast for diet & exercise motivation.

I go to the rec center for group fitness classes.

And I listen to Inside Out Weight Loss for inner peace.

- Lightly Active 1788

Thanks for the suggestion! I called the local grocery store but unfortunately they don't deliver! I went to Target today and bought a few basics because we were out of everything. I rode around in the wheeled cart. It was a big help! Now if only I could find a store to deliver! :)

I joined the At Goal & Maintaining and Transitioning to Maintenance Team back when SP temporarily dropped the blogs. I subscribe to many blogs from that team and have learned so many valuable lessons. Can't recommend that team highly enough. Please check it out!
