My name is Carolyn. I am changing my lifestyle for me and my fiance so we can live a long and happy life together:) I've been overweight my whole life and have been up and down depending on how active I've been. Through the beginning of highschool I was swimming 3 times a week to get my Bronze Med. That helped out a little bit. I never tracked the weight changes but the last I remember near graduation was 180 pounds. Since then I've put on 80 pounds in a period of about a year. I have maintained 260 pounds for long enough. With eating out all the time and "having no time" for exercise it's time for a change.
So far the nutrition counter has been very beneficial and i've changed my habits extremely and amped up my time for working out. I can't wait to see each day go by:) and feel better and better:)

I started OA in the end of July. I have met wonderful people and now understand that I am a compulsive overeater and a binge eater. I have started a weighted and measured food plan with no food in between the three meals. I am feeling much better and working towards emotional and spiritual growth!

I'm from Toronto Ontario. Current working full-time as a radar physical scientists and working on my Master's part time at University. Married to a wonderful man. He encourages me in what I'm doing and that's all that matters:) And taking care of our wonderful 1 year old puppy Rose.
