Thank you for stopping by and commenting on my blog. Doing your workout while watching the Biggest Loser show sounds great!

Yes, Ada is a good candidate; she has been above the yellow line both weigh-ins. Yes! Thank you for reminding me about what her father said to her; I had forgotten about it.

I really love them all. I can't remember a show where I was so moved by their meeting with Dr H. I just Boo-hooed the whole time.
