In 2008 I have lost 13 lbs. I have been struggling lately and join this so I can get back on track. I hope with my new outlook and this website, I will reach my goal. I am very active, but I have a problem with junk food. It is so hard. I need to eat better and then I know the weight will come off.

I had a great weekend, which means I had a few too many myself. But, man, it was a great weekend!! So, I don't mind paying for it this week with a few extra miles. I worked out all weekend, we got the wii fit and it is a blast, plus I hit the gym and the road. Still, gained a couple back, just like I usually do. I was so bummed, too, cause I was right at the edge of getting out of the 150's , but here I am, back at 154. Funny thing is, Monday afternoon I was at 152. So, maybe I can't blame it on the weekend or the alcohol after all. I think it might be the pita chips and hummus (I love the stuff and I got some at the store on Monday.) Hummus, heck, that stuff is supposed to be good for you, sounds like it should be good for you, doesn't it?

I did OK over the weekend. However, the scale at the gym says otherwise. I am hoping it is water retention or something. Ugghh.. maybe the strawberry shortcake?
