Sparkin' It Up!

I've been Sparking for over five years! My time on Spark has led me to some of the best, most supportive friends I have.

My diet has gotten a huge overhaul to get me past my VERY LONG plateau, and I'm excited to say that I feel confident that my new way of eating is going to be totally sustainable!

I LOVE to walk and bike around the city. I also love early morning runs along the Delaware River to watch the sunrise. Many of my long runs include a trip past the awesome ...
