My best friend came to cheer me on for my first triathlon.

This was right after we jumped 15 feet into an ice-cold lake!

Keep on Sparkin'!
Four years of Sparking, and I'm still going strong! So much has changed for me. I learned to cope with setbacks through exercise and reaching out to friends. Processed foods are no longer in my house. I love working out and I love working up a sweat. There is nothing like the support of Spark friends. I've met some of my favorite people on Spark!
