I am 39 years old and for the last 10+ years I had been overweight.
I would love to blame that on three pregnancies in three years, but in all truth I was steadily gaining weight years before my first pregnancy.
I have lost the same 20+ kilo at least three times with fad diets, only to gain it back when I would start eating "normally",
but no more!

I started losing weight in April 2013 but noticed I was getting less motivated in summer. But then I found ...

Since September 2013 I have been exercising 3-5 times a week and eating healthy within my range. Except for the weekend, when I might eat a bit more.
I love to eat!
I eat when I am happy and when I am sad or angry.

But I have come to realize that I also love to feel fit and healthy!
I really feel this time I can keep the weight off.
I have lost around 22 kilo since April 2013 (6 of which before I joined SP) and now I have a healthy BMI. But I am aiming to loose another 6 kilo or so and then I will start on maintaining.

Current Status:
CARINEVE is at her lowest weight since joining SP. Tracking and exercising is definitely paying off!!
