New goals for me: 1. Work mindfully to get one step closer to my goals each day. 2. Get to 193 by Aug. 1, 2013. 3. Be kind to myself. 4. Make exercise a priority. Schedule it on my appointment calendar. 5. Track my food, drink water, sleep 7 hours each night.

Thanks for commenting on the blog Barb. We love the new place and today (my stress day at work) I long to be working on the new house instead. I keep thinking of you as I hustle home and pack boxes then go to the new house to paint or clean up. Lots of steps!!
