don't know that plan and really don't follow a "plan,' although mostly I follow Michael Pollan's advice to eat "real food, less of it, more plants."
I knew when I started this back in Oct 2011 that whatever I did had to be something I could live with forever. Took it slowly and made small sustainable changes and now my eating is totally different and I love to exercise and make it a regular part of every day.
Diets have a start and a finish, but a lifestyle change will last forever. Imagine yourself where you want to be, and that is where you will go. Being mindful about your eating can help you stay focused on your weight loss plan.
