My food intake has been meh, not super healthy, but not horrible, and I've been trying to stick with my portion control. I had a migraine yesterday morning so i drank a soda :( but that was the first since I joined :) and I worked out every evening. We joined the Y today so I'm excited, the kids can go with me when I work out! I am gonna whip my butt into shape and be ready for the dirty girl run!!!
