Goals: 4 years ago I was at goal weight. Suffered a fall - shattered wrist, dislocated shoulder. 3 surgeries and many PT sessions later I was released from the doctor. However, weight had mushroomed. Want to get back to those size 8 clothes I wore then.
Watching what I eat, keeping track of food, and riding my bike (just like last time)!
When school gets out in June will be traveling to Rochester, NY to pick up the Erie Canal. Riding my bike to Niagara Falls. Will spend three days riding around Ontario. Returning to Rochester will go along Lake Ontario. Niagara Falls or bust!
The bike/weight math you posted on the team...flew right over my head, but thanks to BreBunny's post (like cheating on a math test...hehehehe) I understand that you weigh less this year with the gear included and THAT IS FREAKING AWESOME!
I love the part where you see how far you have moved through this journey to health and well-being...it's right there in the smaller body/less baggage reality of your bike trip.
The Tangerines will all be with you on your BIKE TRIP cheering you on and wishing we really could be there...solitary and on our own...LOL...you know what I mean.
