My Goals:
Goals:
4 years ago I was at goal weight. Suffered a fall - shattered wrist, dislocated shoulder. 3 surgeries and many PT sessions later I was released from the doctor. However, weight had mushroomed. Want to get back to those size 8 clothes I wore then.


My Program:
Watching what I eat, keeping track of food, and riding my bike (just like last time)!

Other Information:
If you can dream it you can achieve it! As I move closer to my goal weight (slowly but moving) I'm dreaming of doing a ride across NY next summer. According to website 20,000 feet of elevation gain over 7 days. So I'm dreaming and will continue to work to getting myself to goal weight and working during the months ahead to be able to do this ride!
