A New Healthy Lifestye
I've been on sparkpeople for a month and I am very commited. I've been eating very very healthy and I must say, I feel great. I've lost 9 pounds so far and I just love this new lifestyle. I don't feel it's a diet, just a new HEALTHY way of life and by tracking your meals it's amazing how fast the calories add up. I never really ate much, but it's the little things that add up; I'm very much aware now and am very encouraged. My husband is also finding this way of life great. For the first ...
