I am originally from New York but have been a floridian since 1986. I desperatley need to lose weight, My mobility is getting bad and my health declining. I have a wonderfull hubby of 39 years. I have 3 children and 9 grand children.

I'm doing great.. I jsut got a 3 wheel trike and have been riding it every day for about 30 min( miracles never cease!) I have been very sedentary for many many years, so this is amazing that I can do it.. Iy is exausting, but feels good. My diet is going well, tracking everything.. I had a gain last week that bummed me out but I found out the cause of it, was not eating enough food, and too much high glycemic fruit.. But I think I am on the right track now..
