Weight 215 up 10lb from last year due to meds
Drop at least 2 sizes
Doing more walking with Ian and JJ
Have at leat 2hrs a day in the fresh air
Eating 10 f/v every day
At least 10 min every day on stat bike
At least 2 meatless meals a day
Walk at least 10 mile every week
Get the garden finished this year tehn it will only need maintaining
JJ and Rob both settled in flats only Rob who is still in ...

penny bridge cumbria uk 3 adult children.11 grandchildren 2 great grandchildren single but have great friends have been married twice but gave it up as a bad job.

i like country and folk music.not that i mind anything else cardmaking.knitting.gardening.just starting to get the hang of computors.walking when i can,riding round on buses.photography n.bird watching.trainspotting.I hate shopping.boring people.being in situations i cannot cope with

It is good to hear from you. I have wondered how you are. You continue to be in my prayers! I know that cycle health issues can put us in that aggravate the fibro can be debilitating. I pray healing, in Jesus' name! One thing I have found in my own struggle, when I cannot do much, do what little I can and build on that until strength returns. emoticon emoticon
