Yahoo. I have been conscious of my eating and movement for the last week. I concentrate doing one day at a time and for the last 4 days I have baked cookies without snacking!! Don’t say “I NEED to lose weight, I HAVE to lose weight, I’ve GOT to lose weight.”
During quiet time say to yourself:
I can’t wait to lose this fat.
I want to lose this weight.
I’m one-hundred percent committed to losing this weight.
I know that sometimes I’m going to fail, BUT I know I will learn from the mistakes and go on, because it will be so enjoyable to live my life like this.
I’ve decided to lose this weight. I will feel so much better, if I make this change. I can’t wait to transform my body, so I can wear pretty clothes, so I can feel more attractive. I want to feel stronger, healthier and more alive.
I feel so excited to lose this weight.
I’m 100% committed to becoming thin.
I know if I commit to eating well and exercising, my body is going to transform and I’m going to feel better about myself. I’m going to feel more alive and I’m going to enjoy wearing pretty clothes.
