Getting it back and keeping it that way

I started using Sparkpeople in earnest about 2 years ago. The first 6 months was amazing! I lost nearly 40 lbs and for the first time hit and was maintaining a healthy weight. It felt great. Then, just before the holidays, I had hand surgery that put me out of commission for about a month, That, and Christmas, plunged me back into bad habits. I kept telling myself that I could still "be good," but the scale started to creep back up. I'm now about 20 lbs above my lowest (goal) wieght, and ...

My Goals:
Back into the low 150's and maintain it without constant struggle--that's my goal because I know that's a healthy me, and I liked the way I looked there.

My Program:
My main focus is on eating smaller portions of everything except protein. My natural body composition is dense with muscle, so if I want to lose fat I have to keep my protein intake high.
I am doing pretty good on the food side, but where I really need to step it up is excercise. I'm planning to do 5-6 days a week rotating between running, swimming, and biking.
