I think it will make a difference--at least the Blue Light Lamp is. The bulb is taking some getting used to--how it works--timing, etc. How much time to allow for waking up. It also has a sleep mode, but need more reading to program that, also I don't really need that feature. I am excited to learn new things--my brain may be addicted to that stimulus. If that is so, it is having a ball.
I just learned how to get rid of spam email ads--by deleting my internet provider and then adding it again! So simple. But then you have to get new cookies! This is an exciting time for me--finding things that heal and energize me. Roberta
Sorry about that Christine. I have had so much going on--email problems (solved), following the recommendations on this new sleep approach, learning how to program this huge light bulb called a wake-up lamp, and the energy blue lamp, and a new psychological approach to shedding weight. Lots of new activities to adjust to. But I do read the posts every day to keep up. Thank you for visiting my page. Roberta
KRISZTA11, I used the blue-blocker glasses last night and they were soothing for a while, and then my eyes started burning--lack of oxygen maybe, as the glasses fit snugly over my clear glasses. I am still struggling to set up a routine, and that will come. I did not know that my night-driving glasses were blue-blockers until last night. I set up the wake-up lamp last night, but it has not come on this morning--back to the drawing board! I do think the blue light is working, as my energy is up. Roberta 25 days ago
