I am an avid knitter who would like to lose weight to become healthier and more fit. Luckily, I like to bike, hike and walk, and I do a little running, so that fitness is already a positive part of my healthy equation.

emoticon I see you are going strong on your exercise...glad your knee is much better. Love the background pic...glad you got to see the eclipse! I forgot about it. I am nursing a cold right now...I just hate it, but hopefully won't be around for long. I am anxious to explore new places now that the weather is better. Have a great week...I posted a new blog and also wanted to thank you for commenting on the last one. emoticon emoticon

Thanks for the comment on the red treel photo. I really love the Fall when the tree goes awesome red. But you have that aurora borealis thing going. And that soooo trumps my tree!

Now that sounds like a cool vacation to see the migrating sandhills!! But, 4 of them decided to stay here in our neighborhood! emoticon
Isn't that something how beach sands are different all over! But, you do have such a diverse area of other stuff...like icebergs!! I would sure like to be near one of those right now, with all this brutal hot weather we are having!! emoticon

emoticon on the 500 miles!! emoticon Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog! It is interesting how even our coasts are different with even the sand consistency! Even New Smyrna had white course sand and then you go down toward Cape Canaveral seashore National Park, it is like ground up seashells-tan in color. Over in Sarasota, the west coast it is like white powder. Would love to see the Pacific one day! Hoping to after retirement in a few years! emoticon
Have a good week! Keep sparking and moving right along! emoticon
