My Program:
Lots of exercise!
Staying within the Spark People's calorie allowance for my size, 1200-1500 calories.
I walk/run 4-5 times a week, with one long walk and bike 3-4 times a week, but not in the winter. Biking is my very favorite form of exercise though.

I live in Alaska and I'm an avid knitter. I also love to exercise!

March 2012:
Completed a 2 week bicycle tour of Andalusia, Spain
September 2011: Completed a 2 week bicycle tour of Provence, France.
September 2010: Completed two back-to-back tours of Vermont with Vermont Bicycle Tours (VBT).
September 2009:
Completed a bike tour of the Napa/Sonoma Valley. California.
July 2009:
Completed the 50 mile part of the bike race, the Fireweed 400.
June 2008:
Completed the Mayor's Midnight Sun Marathon.

Heya, thanks for the goodie! Re the exercise, well, I just track it so that there is a record, but I can't take a lot of credit for motivation since I bike to work every day (25km round trip) and swim three times a week for 60-75 minutes. For me, it ends up being all about the food, as my body is so "used" to the exercise that it more or less says "Meh. Biking 100 minutes today? Doesn't excite me much. But that pizza is going RIGHT on the hips, mwahahaha!"

oh okay haha I hardly remember December and now with all the snow melting I hardly remember any of the heavy snow fall haha, I hope it stays nice and sunny but we shall see I guess and also thank you for the goodie! emoticon

Thanks so much for the bear hug goodie and you have a great week too! My husband said to tell you, that they could see the northern lights from his yard, when he was a kid. He lived right on Lake Erie...not sure they can see them there now, since that was 45 or 50 years ago! The green is gorgeous though and really appreciate seeing that!! emoticon
