I just saw your note attached to the sparkgoodie you sent me! I found spark a few years ago in doing an internet search. I lost 25 pounds with it and then fell off, but I am back for good and going strong! Honestly I am just trying different workouts, recently I discovered yoga and I love it. It is so amazing! Spark has given me a pretty high calorie count but I try to stay at no more than 1200 a day. Sometimes its hard for me to make it to 1200! Eating a lot more fruit, veggies are still kind of hard for me... and staying away from soda and junk. I know you can do this. You have a beautiful spirit and a wonderful heart and its one day, one choice, one step at a time. We are all here cheering you on! 1317 days ago
