I am done being unhappy with my (physical) self. I'm doing it the right way this time, seeing the results, and ready to keep the lifestyle that keeps the results. There is a right way and many wrong ways to lose weight, and I'm doing it the right way this time. If it's not something you can do for life, then why do it at all?

My goals are to continue to consistently track my diet everyday, work out most days of the week, and maintain my loss and muscle tone that I've worked so hard to get!

For work outs, I like to strength train, run, and do Barre classes.

You have done great. I laugh at how they have changed clothing sizes so someone like you who is a normal weight for 5'4" seems to be so small. All during my 20's/30's I was in the 120 range, since I'm 5'4" and I wore a size 7 junior dress or a 9 depending on the brand and a Small shirt. I had a 24 inch waist but I wasn't that slim at all. People today are just so overweight. Denise Austin is 58, the mother of two grown girls and she's 5'4" and 117#. She has a lot of muscle.
