The Journey Continues...

Things Sparkpeople has taught me:
1) Never give up.
2) Misery may love company but being in the company of happy people (i.e. Sparkfriends) will get you through the misery.
3) Confidence is a learned trait and fake it until you make it!
4) Food journals and exercise really really really works to help weight loss.
5) Weight loss, fitness and healthy living are a journey not a destination.

My journey may falter but I always pick back up on it sooner or later.

NEW GOALS (7/1/14):
UNDER 200 by October 2014.

Past goals achieved:
12/9/10: 10% weight loss - achieved, ahead of goal date.

10/24/10: race-walked my 1st 5k in 47.45 minutes.

10/1/11: walk/jogged my 2nd 5k in 47.36 minutes.



My Program:
1) Food Journal DAILY

2) Exercise 5-6 days a week at least 30 min, walk/jog and yoga, plus whatever extra activity I can fit in.

3) Weighing only 2x a week.

Thanks for the goodie! More, I loved hearing from you. This past year has been a struggle for me as I've faced some physical problems that have kept me from being as active as I once was, but I'm not giving up. I'm starting to do better now and I just have to go back to my old habots- eating right and exercising consistently.

Thank you for the goodie Tracy... I am hoping that I do ok... So many people have so much confidence in me but I know where I have fallen short. I'm trying hard to find my Zen... I am so hoping that things don't fly south, this is going to be a tough course and I can't help but feel under prepared.
