Barbara - Maintenance Mode Again Soon!

I kicked the Diet Pepsi habit! I picked up a Monster habit. I get more fiber from my food and have to "rely" on Fiber One bars less. I exercise regularly. And I have ten pounds to lose. I do a lot of things right. I also make some not so good choices. I'm working on being more consistent with the good choices.

While I work on getting rid of these last ten pounds, I do not let my weight define me. I'm strong, independent, intelligent and healthy. And no number on the ...

My Goals:
Perform at least one unassisted pull-up by October 31, 2013.

Maintain current weight within a six pound range (three up, three down).

Eat to fuel my body and my life, not just be below my calorie range.

Participate in at least two 5k's with my kids by the end of the year.

My Program:
Cardio 6 days per week.

Lift four times per week. Two for upper body, two for lower body.

Walk for at least two minutes every hour during work hours - and sometimes on weekends if I remember!

I really didn't lose all that weight. I had reversed some of my numbers from last week, so this week looks like a really big weight loss! LOL!

I hope it continues to be easy too! I suspect there will be hard times sooner or later.

My PhD is in population health. Specifically, I was examining the relationship between pornography consumption, self-objectification, mental health and genital satisfaction :)
