Steps in the right direction

I am the mother of 3 girls. Rose 6, Amelia 4 and Mary 22 months.

My goals is to lose weight. Plane and simple. I have been an emotional eater over the past 3 years. So much has happened that I did not stop. I did lose weight between each of my pregnancies. I got back to my goal weights each time but eating did not really stop happening. I just kept my fitness up.

So this time I watch my eating. Exercise at least 4 times a week and work up to 6 times a week.

My short term goal is to lose 10 inches from various points around my body.

My long term goal is to get back to 140. My weight from before all three of my pregnancies.

This is my third journey in weight loss after pregnancy. This is my fourth time over all losing weight.

- Daily Blog
- Work out 4 days a week
- Measure once a week
- Check weight once a week
- Not complain about the process and just do it

My Program:
I'll be putting my Fitness DVD library to good use again. 4 of them a week. I'll also be going to Zumba 1 or 2 times a week. If I'm doing good maybe add more to it.

Count my Calories as best as I can

Drink 10 cups of water
