Learning to Be Healthy

I've been here for almost six years now. In that time I've made a lot of progress in meeting my goals. My weight is at a healthy level, and I'm focused on creating a healthful diet and an active lifestyle that I can maintain forever!

Since April '09 I've been here, trying to get a healthier diet and life. I continue to work on building healthy habits, cutting back on refined sugar, eating more fruits and vegetables, and creating a better daily diet for myself in general. I try ...

Since April '09 I've been here, trying to get a healthier diet and life. I continue to work on building healthy habits, cutting back on refined sugar, eating more fruits and vegetables, and creating a better daily diet for myself in general. I try to exercise 3-4 times a week. My favorite activity is taking ballet classes, but I have a hard time getting to them these days. I also dabble with Wii games (EASA, DDR, Just Dance and Wii Fit), walking and jogging.
