My running is bringing me joy and gradually strength. I want to run the Hudson River Greenway trail again from the Cloisters to Battery Park and whenever I think of the trail I think of you. The lighthouse under the George Washington bridge was an amazing find.

My last day at work is September 4 and after a trip to France and a month driving around the country visiting friends and family, running the Portland Marathon, going to a wedding in Santa Fe, etc., I figure I can just do something like go to NYC when the urge strikes.

Thanks so much for the articles on the 168th Street Armory!!! It is sure different now than the flat, wooden, 11 laps to the mile track I ran on. I'll be running in a few minutes and will hear those Bushwick cheerleaders as I run. emoticon

Hi, and thanks for visiting my blog! I'm glad you liked it. I'm working on tackling the feelings that go with the overeating as well. In a way, that's an even bigger issue for me right now than the laziness. So... like you said... onward!

Thanks so much for your comment on my corset photo! You're so right, I could definitely wear that out on a night on the town! emoticon
