Hey, don't feel bad, I'm embarrassed to change my ticker either. I gained some weight back also. It happens, so don't feel so bad. all we can do is start again and do better. I have fought this battle for all my life, so just don't give up. emoticon emoticon

Hi Cat, not to rub it in , but we are having warm weather here in Texas, We do have storms coming, but pretty tomorrow, Mother nature is def. Bi-Polar. lol !!! Here's a really good laugh for you today, my little Dixie, my rescue dog, has taken up sleeping in my laundry basket. It had some folded towels in it and she just got in and went to sleep. When I borrow it, yes I said borrow, she is not happy. She gets in and checks it out when she gets it back. Too funny. I was going to buy her a doggie bed, but a laundry basket is cheaper.She has made me laugh everyday since I got her. She reminds me so much of my Callie. Callie left me in October a yr ago and Dixie came to me in October a yr later. I know Callie had a hand in sending her my way.
Looks like that ticker is going down, keep up the good work. I know it is hard sometimes, but will get there, one lb. at a time. I read on one of the blogs about someone that lost a lot of weight. Her life coach took her to the store and handed her 3 75# bags of rice and 15# of potatoes. She couldn't even hold it. So when you need a push, go to the store, even 1#, look at a lb of butter, that's a lot. emoticon

Catherine, on the huddle wall you said you needed some support -- remember, if you're struggling, just go back to tracking everything, even if you're eating beyond your calories. Read some inspiring blogs, and get out and go for a walk.

You can do it! Look at how far you have come -- I would love to weigh 135 right now! emoticon

Hi Catherine--no snow fell here to-day--just sun and cold wind!--But Tess the Blasto dog is doing OK to-day--fever down----ate a bit--on her own----and I got to practice piano-----Holy cow!---Hugs-Lynda
