My weight has been anywhere from 240 to 280 lbs over the last 20 years since I had my second child. I am tired of being obese and want to make sure the next 20+ years are as full and exciting as they can be. That means I am getting healthier and more active. Never thought I would crave exercise but I miss it if I go a few days without. I am tired of being obese and want to make sure the next 20+ years are as full and exciting as they can be. That means I am getting healthier and more active. Never thought I would crave exercise but I miss it if I go a few days without. Hubby and I started tracking our food on January 2nd this year and I have been able to lose 27 lbs so now at 249 - was creeping up to my previous max so that got me going. We have a cruise booked for February 2014 to celebrate our 25th anniversary and I would love to be under 200 lbs by then or as close as possible.
