Well here I am, another year has passed. I have been back on SP for 2 weeks now and things are going well.

Just keep running this play until I get it right.

Previous, Previous Update
I am updating my page per instructions from SparkCoach. I started my latest journey with SP on February 4, 2013. Although I have been losing SLOWLY, still I have lost 13 pounds. I am not in this as a race, I have learned to be content with eating better and exercising and feeling healthier. With that said, I do want to lose the last 12 pounds, so I continue......

PREVIOUS UPDATE
It is time to update my introduction! I first joined SP in January, 2009, but did not really get into it until July of 2009. I lost 23 pounds by the end of October that year. Unfortunately, I put my back out by raking leaves without pacing myself. (I guess 2 straight days of raking for 4-5 hours is not really good for you) Since that time 3 years ago I have managed to put back on the 20 pounds. My husband and I are retired and have been on several vacations. We love it, but I have managed to lose my motivation and have been making poor nutrition choices. I decided to do the South Beach diet because I know I can lose weight on this dies, and I know that I feel better avoiding the bad carbs. Today is February 4, 2013, the beginning of a new commitment for me.

I wish I could, but the doctor told me I had to scrub everything down and wash all of our clothes. I'm still not remotely done. Sigh. Well, I hope your week is awesome!

It really doesn't have anything to do with Bill, this kid was a bad apple and they gave him the chance that many don't get in life, but he really let the Pats down.
But I am let down by the Pats for not releasing him when they found out about the face shooting. I just recently heard about that and couldn't believe he was still walking the streets after that and I'm sure the Pats knew about it cause Bill does keep tabs on his players.
This guy sure looks guilty after seeing the minute by minute accounts of what happened that night. I feel bad for that guy it seems like he knew what was going down and that's why he wrote I'm with NFL just so you know.
I mean everyone is innocent till proven guilty but when you shut of your security camera's , bust your phone, bring back a rented car with a gun shell still in it and your seen walking into your home with a gun and caught on camera's going down to where the body was found it sure looks like a duck and quacks like one.
I just hope one of his homeboys doesn't take the rap for him and he gets out although I'm sure those guys are going to sing like birds they've already caught one.
I just hope the family gets justice for this young man....
Thanks for responding to my blog , enjoy your day!
