"Beautiful Person Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 people who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out"

Hey there! Sorry for the delay in responding to your comment!

I hear you loud and clear on the late night eating.

I went for 6 months without eating after 8PM. I don't do it anymore because I generally haven't had enough calories by that point in the day because of my busy schedule. But, the thing thing I've noticed is that if you allow yourself three days to get into the routine, you can usually make it a habit. Those first three days will absolutely SUCK. You will be hormonal and on edge. Haha. But, then it gets easier.

It's also good to keep some healthy food in stock. Fruits and veggies that can satisfy both sugar and salt cravings. Usually, the crunchier, the better for me. Pickles are great.

If you hang around people who unlike my friends (they like to make Taco Bell runs at 2AM) and who can promote healthy behavior and distract you from food, that's good too. Stay busy!

    Good luck!! :)

Thanks for the comment...I guess I should have written that in my blog...actually I do use the Galloway method, but just on long run days, run 5 walk 1, and it makes it very atainable, mentally and physically! I am hoping I was just having a bad running day :-( But I am going to make this next long run better!
